never been a great fan of happy endings. I prefer my heroines being overwhelmed by unanticipated emotions (and pleasures!) as they are condemned to their fate rather than they riding off into the sunset, nevertheless well written and a pleasure to read in spite of the happy ending. An extra star for the story not being written in the first person.

Model Slave is really a powerful romantic drama, which draws upon all the emotions of the reader for a superior reading experience. With an intricate plot and completely realistic and appealing characters, this story is exceptional in every way. The author here brings the story to a wonderful and joyful conclusion in a way that is neither cloying or unbelievable. Five stars
