Thecarolinadreamer; thank you, and while I am at the age of being an empty nester I will never be old ;). JWren; it is true, love doesn't see blemishes, which I am thankful for. Again thank you both for enjoying and commenting on my little story.

Uplifting

A gentle and surprising union. Love never sees the blemishes, the extra weight or stretch marks. And love never ceases to amaze, even for empty nesters. Nicely paced short passage which lifts the heart and flesh.

An important stage in life well defined

Nicely done, very nicely done indeed. Fine Wordsmithing.
