Good start and the story moved me in the right ways. How about one with that hot landlord that was introduced at the beginning of the story?

I also vote for another chapter. Some good characters here. I say keep going.

This was a great start. Looking forward to the next few chapters. Lots of ways it could go -him being a Professor, and the girls all college age. Just think of the fun he could have with their friends, etc.
