They body's metabolism acts differently in these extreme and special environs.Heart damage, strokes, heart attacks and other organ damage can and does occur. Some people who, especially the young, are not as mature and will try and emulate literotica- and end up in a very bad way. Your story, by the way, is well written and more than exciting.
