If you are going to a story like this, lead up to it a bit. Have some backstory. Have the mom tease a bit, flirting, "accidental" flash, etc. This story should have been the last chapter of many. Anticipation is key.

You've made a decent effort at a good story, but a great sequel will more than make up for the gaps in the first chapter.
