You live next to, and are tortured by, a sexual dynamo/wet dream/dream woman, whom you want to bone (but can't... so far), AND you meet an incredibly sexy older woman, with whom you have great chemistry, and is also a sexual dynamo... and she's married. And lives far away. DAMN, THAT FUCKIN' SUCKS! LOL!
