You should have dredited "Regarding Henry," as this is just a lesbian version of that movie. You even have the scene with the dog.

I saw Regarding Henry twice back when it came out. 20 years later, I can remember that he had amnesia. That's all. Sometimes the outline of an idea for a story can come from long-ago memories of something you have seen or heard which sparks present-day creativity. That does not make it plagiarism.

I, for one, enjoyed the sweetness in this story and the obvious love. Why not focus on that?
