I love this story! the simple prose was a little jarring, at first, but I found it to be functional and very effective. Perhaps this is a case of sticking to what you know, rather than going out on a limb and risking falling flat with flowery poetry. Indeed, the meat of this is the characters, not the language. The backstory brings a great depth to the characters and makes their longing all the sharper, and their love alll the more tragic and intense. This is a wonderful story!

This is the most beautiful story I have read on this website til now (and I have read quite a few, take my word on it!). Enticing, delicate, not gross, and there wasn't even one mistake I could notice, which is saying something, Nice plot, too. A wonderful story of true love, I am not into cheaters, but I forgive them both on this occasion, they must have been saints never to cross the line again and remain true to their spouses. But I felt it a love lost, I felt sad, that two people with so much love, didn't end up together, surely there must have been regrets on both sides, still we will never know. A worthy 5* for a beautifully written story, with two wellm developed characters.
