Firstly, Viktoria has no actual proof her husband's cheating on her, so it's just as likely his infidelity is all in her head. Her own, on the other hand, is now - like all the other hands dealt that night - on the table. George is described as her husband's best friend (with friends like him..), so he'll probably want to keep his mouth shut about fucking her, but the other three guys are under no such restriction. Soon as word spreads (which it probably already has, given her naked stroll home), her husband will file for divorce (even if he's also guilty, it's been established that he's covered his own tracks), as will Mitch's new bride.
