I so love your stories but this one hurt me. The brutality of the threats against the innocent and the use of her love and locality against her as well as unjust laws. There is far too much ugliness like this in our world I come here for better.

Lyssa is unconscious, Jo isn't able to contact anyone thru her bonds, the trail has gone cold or has been washed away. I can't wait to see how you solve this kidnapping. We already now that Alpha Randall and Emmett are going to want to go after blood, but what will Calvin do? He is about to be put in a very bad spot real soon. As Alpha his orders have been disobeyed yet the offender is the Alpha's son, his son.

I don't think Michael is a true heel. He can be redeemable at this point. His Mom just died. He is expected to lead the pack and he sees his Dad suffering with grief. He has an undeniable attraction to Joanna and doesn't want to risk losing her. So he makes a preemptive strike. Wrong move, definitely. Happy ending, possible. I love this story. I think Jo will send Lyssa a message when she sees a slight movement that she is to pretend she is still out cold. Then tells her where they are and who has kidnapped them and why and for her to send that info to Em without their captors knowing what is going on.

Michael is a scum sucker with delusions of grandeur who thinks he deserves to be Alpha now, rather than waiting for the appropriate time. I think he has seriously underestimated Lyssa's ability. If she can regain consciousness without their notice, she may be able to blow their minds with the strength of her sending and get free.
