Shawna

I remembered all of the times that I had been confused and wondered if I would ever understand all of that shit. I continued flipping through the book until I came to an envelope that was stuck in the book.

I opened the envelope to find the picture inside. When I saw it, all of the old emotions came flooding back. I slowly put the picture back in the envelope again. I thought about Shawna for a moment, and I wondered if she ever thought of me. Not that it really mattered. That was a long time ago.
