Arthurian, I know this story has been on here for a while, but as a mother of two kids, there are some inaccuracies in the story.

First of all, if the mother is having quads, they would see a specialist, and they would be seeing a doctor more frequently than once a month! I would recommend doing a little more research for these types of stories.

The husband sounds very supportive, and the wife typically insecure. That's normal.
