Stories like this make me wish there was someone good enough to pick up the incompletes and finish them. Like an author dedicated to pick up and finish where authors have passed away or just quit the site. It's been 6 years with no other works from this guy and that makes me sad. Here's to hoping.

The author mentioned a surgery he has to go through in his biography. Maybe he passed. Sad.

Unfortunately, I like many others wish this to continue but seeing as this chapter was posted in 2014, and it was the last post of this author I have my doubts

You do good work. Two things I would suggest to get a bit more exposure is to change your alias to something more memorable and to branch out more into the more popular genres rather than posting a majority of your work into mind control /hypnosis. Not to say you should change your work all that much (This series could easily be reclassified as sci fi/ fantasy for example). Also get an editor to help polish out the minor errors that you make with relative consistency (missing or unfinished words etc.)

I found the whole story to be well written and quite enjoyable and for the most part every part is written to make it sound to be quite real in nature. Though it is not as sexually stimulating as some stories here it is quite interesting to me and my friends who have read the whole three chapters so far. We are hoping that you continue with the rest of the story soon, as it has captured our interest.

Brilliant stories, good plots even without the sex, have enjoyed reading all you have posted here and hope you one day get the time and inspiration to write again.

According to the Story Index for this Author, Ch. 03 was posted 10/19/14 . But some of the comments to this chapter are dated as early as 12/25/09. How is that possible?

I also read the comment by the author relating health issues as a reason for the delay in the continuation.

I certainly hope the author's health is improving and Ch. 04 will be forthcoming. It is too intriguing a tale for it to not keep going.

I will always take care of you started 2009 seven chapters unfinished . the artefact started 2009 chapters 1 and two . Five year gap to chapter 3 2014 still unfinished.it's so frustrating when reading the stories waiting and waiting and waiting for the next chapter that near comes . My question to you doc87123 is , are you gonna finish these twoT brilliant stories before I die ??????? If you're not going to give these stories closure why in the hell do you write them in the first place .. Finish what you started. And I don't mean in 10 years time.

Have read all 3 chapters yearly since original posting in '09 and was surprised to see this chapter with a new release date. I was hoping it was changed in some way to prepare for a new chapter, but I don't see any difference. Please continue this story as well as "I Will Take Care of You."

I started reading this years ago and was upset when it just stopped . I am so glad you have come back to finish this story. The main reason I realy liked this was it just was't about sex , although that part is great, there is a plot areal story line. Please keep writting. I can't wait to read the next instalment. I was so glad when I saw this chapter released. This had been one of my favorite stories on the site, and I was ecstatic to see it continued. So many of the authors I love reading on here stopped writing, at least for a long time. It is a relief to see that some of them come back.

I stumbled upon this series 5 hours ago and i can honestly say that i am thrilled with it. I've never experienced strong emotions whenever i read stories here, i just read for the sake of reading but this is something else! Especially when i read about sarahs story, I could feel the nervousness building inside of me! Ive never been a fan of humiliation play, i would never treat a woman like that not in a million years! I became so unconfortable when i read about her story and was actually quite angry about what her sister obviously forced on her, even if she didnt know she wanted it...no one should be allowed to humiliate another human being...hut i digress.

Your story is great and i love how you've built it up until now. 5* from me, even if i didnt like that part with the humiliation, the overall chapter was fantasticly written.

My surgery several years ago had several complications. Since my last post, I've been in either a hospital or skilled nursing facility for a total of more than a year and a half. I've been unable to write due the medication I've been taking.

It's taken years to get to this point. When I checked literotica, someone had reported this chapter as being word for word identical to chapter 2. I just resubmitted without changes.

I hope to be able to write again within a couple of months.

The writing in some ways is not outstanding, however the story does suck you in as you can see from all the positive comments. This one felt a bit more rushed than the last two, the others had a bit more detail and depth to them.

All in all though a great read, well done, keep going!

Almost four years is a long wait for chapter 4! Am I correct in assuming that chapter 4 might never appear? You last logged in to your account in April 2010, and your last posting was March 2010 - not too promising for a chapter 4 to be posted. This is a true disappointment as The Artifact is an original and well written story with just the right amount of sex, coupled with a Great Plot and Character development!
