Short, and well written. Good description, characters, dialogue and action and well paced too. An enjoyable read.

You have once again outdone yourself....a simple story with so much feeling in it...smiles......keep it coming!

I really enjoyed this, I thought the length was great - not too long; though I do feel as though the ending was slightly rushed and didn't quite match the pace of the rest of the story. To have all that gorgeous description to then end so abruptly was a slight disappointment, but that's certainly only a very, very minor point and only because I was so drawn into the story I wanted to read more. How very dare they just drift off to sleep! Really good!

As I'm sure you can tell, this story was among my earlier attempts. I appreciate your kind words and can only hope you continue to enjoy each new posting as it appears here. I marvel at the works of so many talented others and can only hope to give you something that will pique your interest, and even boost your heart-rate a bit. ::smile::
