Wow this was truly a brilliant story! I got so lost in it that I forgot where I was until I finished it. I love it! More like this, please! I also love the Victorian London setting!

Poor Aurelia! It's great that women aren't (at least in most cities and most developed countries) chattel to their cheating husbands any more and are free to have multiple partners themselves. The narrator was so Wham Bam with a woman who excited him - I dread to think how terrible in bed he must be with his longsuffering wife! At least Georgina got a happy ending, far away from the incompetent nincompoop, and far away from the prison of high society.
