I would definitely say go for more sex, sometimes shorter is better.

I was glad to see the focus more on Yvonne in this chapter. Not that I don't enjoy Sarah being around too, but Yvonne is the reason why I read these stories. As for your question, definitely focus more on the sex, even if that means shorter stories. There's no such thing as having too many sex scenes with Yvonne Strahovski.
