Where am I?

Very sorry. I had some paid writing to get done, and a girl must pay her bills. Working on the next chapter now. It's a bit technical with lots of legal pieces so I must research. Don't worry. The story is NOT abandoned.

I did promised 15 chapters and there will be at least that, though there may be up to 18. We'll see.
