I thought the story was great! But it does clearly search for a sequel. And I somehow smell "payback" in here. After all, it's arguable whether Tabitha can afford half the house rent, since she was contributing no cash, previously. And it was established early on that Marc can barely afford a third of the rent.

And of course, it's apparent that Tabitha is a bit of a slut. And related to that, Dan has created for himself a rather large problem with Ana.

Yes indeed, there are multiple directions this story could go.
