The one weakness is that, in real life, I would expect the wife to develop feelings of guilt, given her genuine love for her husband, and for the cock-sucking to become a ritual rather than a source of pleasure.

Again, could easy have had her come out fully with her desires to her husband, have him say he isn't into domination and lead that into her trying what she does with his consent.
