A man as wealthy as Richard staying at a Ramada Inn? Hahahaha!! Not likely! Panama has an extradition treaty with the U.S. Brazil did not the last time I checked. Since they’re not divorced, I don’t think he kidnapped Danny. The way it worked when I went through my divorce, before a divorce decree and custody agreement, both parents have custody and either parent can travel unhindered with the children. It made no sense for Steve to leave a paper trail (digital trail) to his joint account, unless he intended for Sandra to go to prison. Overall, the revenge was pretty lame. There were too many spelling errors. An editor would have been helpful.

AnonymousAnonymous3 months ago

Ahhh, doesn't Panama have an extradition treaty with the US?

AnonymousAnonymous5 months ago

And soon the extradition papers will arrive for bank fraud and theft and child kidnapping, at the very least. They now know where he is. He is clearly going to be considered the guilty party when it comes to the fraudulent funds transfer. Not smart. What you get for going way over the top with revenge and then running away with the kid. Don't think the author thought this through. Husband also took a long time to realize he was being cheated on. Also why was Richard putting all his effort into liaising with Sandra? A short fling? Execrable, but maybe. But why a sustained affair. One they when they traveled and stayed overnight (still a huge flag), but screwing her at a hotel while hubby was out of town? Apparently Richard was smitten with her. Not very discreet. More realistic if Connie had hired a PI earlier because this MC was not that bright.

When you btb you bab you don't leave her with her dignity intact nor do you leave her lover walking around saying boy oh boy I guess I won't do that again right away. You leave them bloody and bleeding as well as financial fucked.

HighBrowHighBrow9 months ago

Uhm… those fund transfers are easily traceable and the fault would not lie with her bf but with their computer security. The money can be recovered unless the charity hospitals are crooked, They will know who the culprit is, he used his own accounts. And, now that they know where the MC is they can come after him, probably have him extradited.

I think what I like most about this is the honest way he deals with betrayal. I don't mean hacking the company's bank accounts - I mean the withdrawal and the anger. His anger is very well expressed. I hate to admit it, but I think the wife is all too believable. I've known a few like that, but thankfully they were never mine.

AnonymousAnonymousabout 1 year ago

Nothing really new here except the shitass way this author tells the story... again (like a few of his other stories I've read, but won't anymore). Some words missing & punctuation mistakes, but what set the tone was the sentence that unless you've went through what the husband did, you don't understand. Then the next sentence, he doesn't want to hear from the "I know... I'm divorced", etc., statements. Does the author just write something to fill space up? The guy's in business with a friend but causes the friend to lose a customer? Doesn't tell the friend/ co-owner (?? not sure & don't care to find out) where he is? 2 stars for the unrealistic story. @gasperguy:

You think it’s better for a young boy to be raised by a whore?!! She would, by her example, teach him that cheating has no consequences, women hold all the power, and men should accept being cucks?!?

To ensure that his son grows up with morals, and masculinity, there are two options: take the son and leave, punishing the other man through money, or killing the whore, and her pimp!

Maybe one of the female readers can comment on my question. Why in the hell, would a woman that is caught cheating, thinks she has the right, to make her husband accept her continuing to cheat on him? As a man, I believe most men in a similar situation, would accept whatever wifey decided, if she caught him cheating. That means counseling, divorce, etc. But wanting your partner to accept you not only betrayed his trust, but then expect him to accept this as the new norm? You are delusional. 5 stars.

I like Dreamin..

Because dreaming about life being as easy as this story relaxes me and allows me to feel better about Real Life were this revenge could never happened.

Seems he's not afraid Richard would use some money to hunt him down.. Especially since he's doing the same work he did before he shouldn't be to hard to find. The FBI would habe gotten involved, 1.2 million gets attention, and would have been able to trace it. The FBI never forgets about these crimes and never completely stops looking either.

No way Kenny or his old company would hire him, that would be aiding and abetting a criminal. When it came out they knowingly hired him , and it would come out someday, they would be financially ruined and some people probably put in prison. What company, especially banks, would want a company that condones this kind of behavior?

His parents would have been grilled and probably threatened with jail time if they didn't roll on him. Sandy must have some idea where he is since he wrote to "come down here to see Danny". Down here would have only meant south America/ Mexico area and the story kind of implies he told her exactly where he was to see Danny.

But hey, the story was cute, if only wishful thinking.

Well, he does know because of author telling him

This is typical of slirpuff. He makes all sorts of unbelievable and impossible details because he is so focused on BTB ending. I am not against BTB stories and endings, as a matter of fact I read that stuff, but one needs to be just a bit more realistic in the plot development and that requires thinking. I don't think slirpuff has enough patience or creativity for that.

Character development is also lacking, the female character is just a complete moronic female but then again this is a typical cliche of BTB stories.

The high grades these stories get just illustrates the large number of depressed and lonely male readers on LE.

Hansbwl's comments are Stupid!

This was an excellent story and well written. I read Hansbwl's comment "Stupidity". Well he is totally wrong. I read a number of his stories some of which he doesn't even finish the dam story. The 3 stories that I read were poorly written. The plots were terrible. In one the husband is shown a picture of his wife's pussy being enter by another man's penis. So he leaves her due to her cheating. His wife is a lawyer so she shows a picture of her pussy to the judge during their divorce trial to prove that her pussy isn't the one in the picture. When the husband understands that his wife didn't cheat, the wife still wants the divorce because the husband should have believed in her innocence. This is really stupid writing. Also the story states that she gets a warrant to enter someone else's house based on heresay evidence. Hansbwl should just give up writing!

you spend so much time finding ways to get a supposed revenge that hurts lots of people including, in the end a son. If all the crap this character did was done in real time he would be caught and in jail. Love these stories of revenge where the revenge makes the character worse than the original sinner.

Won't someone think of the fictional children?!?

We must do something to end their fictional suffering! We must march on Washington to make this fictional blight end!

bleh I've seen too many kids end up over medicated and brainwashed by 'good' mothers that 'only cheated' to even consider marking this story down for that.

AnonymousAnonymousover 7 years ago
The True Payee

The story was a solid good read. I will give it a 5 Star. But in reality the child paid the price by being taken from his mom. Was she a no good cheating scum bucket of a wife? Yes, but she didn't do drugs, nor directly abuse her child, she didn't murder anyone. Made a mistake? You bet yah! Nothing in the story showed she was an unfit mother just a wife who made a "big" mistake. We or most of us either forgive and/or move on. But in my line of work I see a lot of men take children away from mom's because; "you done me wrong and you are going to pay". The true payee is the child/children. Oh well it was just a story well written but from a male's point of view. I can always tell. At least he wasn't a "brave" man and beat the hell out of her.

DrSemblanceDrSemblanceover 7 years ago

Meh

If they did not have a child, I would be saying well done.

But, they had a son, so he turned from hero to douchebag the moment he stole the son.

You want to divorce a cheating cunt, fine. But, you don't destroy his mother.

Yeah it sucks that she would probably have custody, the house, etc, but that is the price you pay for bad choices, like marrying a cheating cunt (even when you don't know she was going to turn into one).

You make sure you stay close and visit the son every chance you can.

On the plus side, you did not have the father abandoning his son while destroying the wife and son like that lowlife scumbag piece of shit huedogg does.

Interesting fantasy of revenge

But a couple of obvious flaws. He never would have been able to get a passport for his son without Sandy's signature. So the kid wasn't leaving the Country on a plane. The authorities would have been watching his parents closely. If his partner could find him you don't think others could? After all he's a kidnapper. And most small kids that age would have tried to call Mom. Steve would have never made it out of the country with his son and if he had, he would have been back in prison in less than 6 weeks. Bad story telling. Poorly thought out. Nice fantasy though.

....would have been to funnel a small amount of his cheating wife's money and her lover's money to a terrorist bank account. That way, she would be facing years in a Federal prison, he would be granted full custody, and his cheating slut wife would probably pick up a few new diseases in prison. Of course, as an accomplice to terrorists, lover boy would spend his time down at Club Gitmo, learning how much those radicals make love to a pretty white boy when the lights go out.......

I know that the BTB crowd loves this one, but....

You are a good writer, and I enjoy most of your stories, but I take issue with you on two aspects of your story. One is the fact that, if anything, he's worse and more selfish than she is. Yes, she's screwing another guy. That's bad and a terrible affront to him. So, she's betrayed you, divorce her and seek custody. Instead, he moves to Panama, exposes his son to a living situation that's not anything like tha quality of almost anywhere in the U.S., and also deprives his parents of not only his company, but the joys of being with their grandchild. Also, even if Panama doesn't have an extradition treaty with the U.S., if you think that pressure wouldn't be brought to return him and the child to the U.S. after he entered Panama illegally under an assumed name and on an illegal passport after a theft like this, you'd have to be dreaming.

Re: Kidnapping. A parent cannot kidnap their own child, unless they don't have legal custody, which EVERY parent has, while still married to the other parent. If they were divorced before he left, and she won custody, THEN it would be kidnapping. Just as any divorced parent that has full custody, can legally leave the state, or country, forever, and the other parent can do nothing. I know a guy whose ex wife's new husband got a job offer 3000 miles away, so they moved, leaving the guy with no recourse, and he only gets to see his son via Skype. As his lawyer told him, she has full custody, so she can legally go where she pleases. To say he is bitter, would be an understatement.

Nicely presented fun revenge.

This story was a fun read with a lot of bells and whistles. Like most fantasies, there are certain plausibility concerns but not over-powering. In this day and age, it is very difficult to escape a spouse will h a child in tow without discovery. In addition, the discipline of the child to remain in isolation from his/her other parent would be difficult if not impossible. Overall, this story was well presented and very enjoyable.

OverthefallsOverthefallsover 10 years ago
Two giant flaws

One, he was sending his mom stuff and Kenny found him. Which means that anyone looking for him (read the Police and the FBI since he kidnapped his son) would have found him eventually. His revenge wouldn't have been happy spent in jail. Two, as his son grew up, he would have questioned everything. Kids do that. He would have found his Mom, Grandmothers or friends on Facebook and that would have lead the Police to him. Either way, he's toast.

Not happy with taking a child away from either parent. Short of Abuse, there is no reason why either parent should separate the other from the child. Especially like this, with no warning and no plans on how visitation is going to go. That is so unfair to the child. When one spouse cheats, they cheat on the other spouse, not the children. To say that cheating on you makes the other spouse undeserving of the child's love is so wrong. It's wrong when women do it in divorces, and its wrong when men do it. I really have to say that didn't like this story. I liked his revenge (short of kidnapping his kid and fleeing the country), but this story didn't sit well.

This always galled me about this story

It is a lack of research.

Outside of some Arab countries who are happy to let their men steal children, MOST nations require that both parents sign off on the visa application of a child entering their country just to avoid such situations.

This totally ignores how Mr. Alias is somehow bringing a kid of another name out of the country. Plus by bringing the kid, the KID is leaving a paper trail a mile wide to follow.

This point could have easily be written around by him hooking up with a coyote smuggler going the other way into Mexico and traveling around from that side. OR he could have chartered a private plane. But it's more likely that it didn't occur to the author.

Not glaring, just a bit irritating.

I Noticed

For a guy who loved and trusted his choice of wife, he didn't seem to get emotional at all? Maybe, in this day and age, young people really don't know or understand the warm and exhilarating emotions of romantic love and sex...I guess?

Anyway, believably possible as a fictional/fantasy story and really enjoyable...short, to the point and complete with no loose ends.

Thanks again!

In many of these stories

and, yes, I know that its only a story, the man (usually) takes revenge which is, in my opinion, way out of line with the offense.

The husband in this story has no right to deprive his son of his mother's presence. This will bight him, and rightly so, in the ass when the son is old enough to determine his own life. (In fact, he has no right to deprive the mother of her son!)

Sad commentary

The wife who knowingly cheated multiple times with a married man her boss, describes it in hindsight "as falling under Richard's school boy charm". Please, she was a the time a married woman and a mother and now we are to believe that fucking,

lying to her husband and friends knowingly was because somehow she became overwhelmed by a married man's "school boy charms". We all went through school but what the fuck is talking about ? What the hell are school boy charms when you are a middle aged married wife and mother ? She comes across as incredibly stupid and far to naive to a middle aged woman. This description by the author the cheating wife's motivation for adultery is by far the weakest part of the story.

Only idiots can believe ...

Totally unrealistic story for a whole bunch of reasons:

Getting your kid out the country using a fake passport and his real birth certificate. In your dreams! In normal conditions, you need the other parent's authorization and you'll get questioned a lot at passport control when you leave the country. The boy would need his own passport or an inclusion on the parent's passport, neither was done, and impossible in that short time frame it took to execute his plans.

I doubt that with a passport like his he would be able to get past passport control. His employer would not take the risk of using fake passports without making sure that the proper authorities are aware about them and about the purpose they are intended for. They would be flagged the minute they are scanned at the airport. Also, passport like this would be locked when not used during specific operations, so his own employer would be prosecuting him not offering him a a buyout or a job!

There is an extradition treaty between the USA and Panama since 1905. The FBI would have had him back in a parcel gift wrapped (the USA almost runs Panama) and his plan was stupid enough to leave a trail as big an elephant behind him. Transferring the money to his own savings for a start is a crime and the story says that the authorities investigated and suspected his wife. Of course they were so heartbroken that they decided to give him a break.

There is no explanation how he managed to open eight foreign bank accounts in such a short time frame and without initial deposits. Even experienced money launderers take longer to buy existing accounts.

There is no way on earth transfers of that nature could happen in a few hours, especially to foreign accounts on a xmas eve. It would take days and can always be stopped.

Otherwise nice try :)

Not realistic.

Even if he could steal the $million the bank would have to make it up and the FBI would be on the case big time.

If it was just limited to taking his son out of the country, the story would have been a good story and worth a 5. However, stealing a $million is so unrealistic I gave it a 2.

I agree with Risq

Most of the plot is very possible. The details might be padded but I can cut Slirpuff some slack. Hubby took a million dollars but gave most of it to charity. It was money intended for charity anyway, he just decided who to give it to. Since he is out of the country not many people are going to get too excited about tracking him down, certainly not about taking his child or divorce matters. Let's be serious. If you go to another state it is often difficult to follow through about child custody or divorce. And a million just isn't that much money and he doesn't even have it to recover. Can they even prove that he took the money? There's circumstantial evidence but proof? It would have to be pretty solid to force extradition. I have a strong background in computer security. A sharp person could access these accounts like a ghost, hiding all their identity. If forensic guys got their hands on his computer they might find a link but with a sharp cookie there wouldn't be much and they DON'T have his computer. Could he move down to South America and get a job doing security work, of course. There were certainly some security measures in place already in banks there but many places have insufficient protection and the threats are always evolving. A sharp person could easily make a nice living.

I enjoyed the story because the husband took strong action. Remember that Logan was a rich, powerful guy used to doing whatever he wanted. His wife was a gold digger. They certainly deserved what they got.

It seemed like the story got sloppy at the end. There were many grammar errors and the story seemed rushed. I would have like to get more info from and about the wife. Revenge is only as good as the suffering it causes.

Wow

So final. It felt cold to me. But I think I liked the story. Sounds a bit silly doesn't it? Thank you for the story. You write, I read. Who puts in more effort? Not me. Jim

Fantasic

Fantastic reading as usual , I wish others would write stories like you and PAPATOAD . They are extremely well written , very real to life and show life's consequences that eventually have to be payed for what a person does . You dont shrink away from the subject of aids and other topics too many of the " fantasy" theme writers do on this site that is just peddling crap that no person with a brain could read twice , much less believe . Bravo ! keep the stories coming .

Good, But Not What I Have Become Used to Your Level of Writing

While still a realistic four star story, this one lacked the character development I have found in your other work. Richard is totally two dimensional and Sandy is not much better. Could I write something better? - Of course not., but I have learned to expect better from you

Obliviously you still can't proofread your work

It's now 2010 and you continue to just pound out stuff and post it. Your story ideas are imaginative and carry well. I don't enjoy your males characters who don't think much of females in general, mostly see them as just pussy. Having your hubbies strut around as wounded banty rooster thinking how "powerful" he is in getting his revenge. Revenge isn't really an important part of a strong, mature person's character anyway. I guess the author gets a rush thinking about hurting someone else. It's hard to tell what is really accomplished with all that. Something to consider anyway. Some of the other stories don't have so much viral anger in them and are more interesting.

Where is the eroticism?

OK, maybe it's a good story - but I thought Literotica is suppposed to focus on erotic stories; where's the eroticism?

great stuff

A couple of comments. First, taking your child outside the Country, as has been pointed out, is definitively NOT a crime, unless you are not the custodial parent, or under a court order not to do so. As an attorney, I could tell you stories about parents who have done this time and again.

Next, moving the money was a crime, but unless someone moves to prosecute him, probably no downside to what he did. At the end, only Richard suffered the loss, because the company got reimbursement.

Finally, the slut bitch got what she deserved. I'm glad to see/read stories about cheating slut wives who get caught, and suffer the consequences. Good for you Slirpuff. Now, w/ an editor, most of your jarring grammatical errors have been eliminated, so your stuff is always a good read now. Keep up the good work.
