Memories from younger days

No I was not a bomb making radical, but I remember the political thinking of some of my friends in those days. The casual combining of political name-calling and racist attitudes is a very good description of your narrator and the times he lived in. A very good start 5 stars, Continue please.

The explosive you're thinking of is Semtex - Named after the town of Semtin where it's produced - C4 is the US equivalent.

Excellent tale though - 5*

Not very sexy, but this IS the non-erotic section. Will there be sequels?

I agree with the other people commenting here - it would be interesting to see a sequel or expansion of this.

It reminds me a bit of the Patty Hearst documentary I saw this year. For the SLA being an "urban guerrilla" became an end in itself.

Thanks for appreciating! I wrote the original version of this two decades ago. I've conjured a bare outline of a sequel -- a return stateside, drugs, sex, war, music, as little alt.history as possible. I'll see if the idea ferments.
