I'm usually good with whatever floats an author's boat- it's all fantasy anyway... but a contractor who shows up ready to work the day after the deal is made? The voluptuous sales lady who hops into bed and boinks the customer I can imagine, but the construction crew the next day? Dream on....

I was raised on a 180 acre farm and loved it even though we moved to a 77 acre place when I was 11. I moved from there when i went into the Navy at age 18. So far the best I have done is the 2.6 acres I have now with a small lake and close neighbors but 8 miles out in the country. I love living out in the country and if I ever get rich I will buy all the surrounding property and move my family closer. Of course I will have to move to Belize for over three years until things change her in this country. I am really hoping to hit the Powerball but I know the odds against that. At the age of 75 I don't mess with women much anymore. A little rubbing etc. is about all available. Thank you for writing this delightful story. Bf

This is a good story, as far as it goes. Just seems to me like a "Part 2" would be

a nice way to take it further towards a full blown relationship. As it stands I give it 4 Stars. A little more story would probably have gotten it 5. But thanks for what

you did give us.

The title, and the start of the story promised so much, the layout of his land. The description of the small town, clickish, people. I was expecting drama, but it turned into a cheesy fuck story that would never happen. Tex is a good writer, but he disappointed me on this one. 3 stars.

A perfect romance story, with just the right amount of heat to make it extremely enjoyable to read. I've enjoyed several of your stories, but the characters in this one really resonated with me. Great writing! Please continue.
