This story is written in first person. It is the husband's POV. The title declares that "Carl watches me", but Carl is the 'me' in the story. So you are telling us that he watches himself which seems wrong for a 'Twatchman', unless you really are one of those rare real twatchmen! The question is this; does Carl watch himself, or does he watch his wife, in which case, where in hell did the title come from?
