Dominic sighed wearily, long live his friend the good Samaritan he thought irritated. Shrugging out of his coat he wrapped the naked girl in Alexander's arms in it.
"How long do you think she's been here?" He couldn't make sense of it. The way the girl looked she should have been dead, died a long time ago.
"Quite some time I'd say." Alexander said, shaking his head. "I've never seen someone as badly tortured as this girl." He looked her over again but could not find a patch of skin that was not damaged. "Let's take her to my house and get her some treatment as soon as possible. Hopefully she'll survive."
They walked back to the car, Alexander carrying the girl carefully, trying to hurt her as little as possible. Fortunately she was still unconscious, oblivious of her freedom but also of pain.
Dominic opened the door of the car, making room at the back seat. Alexander took a seat there with the girl carefully wrapped in his arms.
"To my house please Dominic."

canndover 12 years agoWOW. I went back to re-read and I forgot how Dominic was such a cold bastard. I mean, even if after all these years he saw humans to be an annoyance that are short lived, it's still cold to leave her hanging! God, let her down at least and better yet drop her off at a hospital somehow. I just hope he doesn't get with her b/c of that.

Anonymousalmost 13 years agonot to be picky, this is your story your world, but the united states isn't a continent on it's own, there's a couple other countries you share that continent with. Just to be geographically correct, wouldn't want to offend someone
canndalmost 13 years agoWhat are they? Will you tell us soon? And if Mason is 'kin' and Dominic was so willing to just kill the girl and not as upset by the horrible shape she was in, how good are they? At least Alexander wanted to help her Hmmm. Look forward to more.
