I don't think I've ever read anything with such compelling imagery as what you've written. This was as accomplished a telling as I've read on this site. As I read your piece I kept asking myself, "How did she ever think to compose her thoughts so imaginatively and beautifully?" To be honest, I felt so inadequate in comparing any skills I may have to the artistry you've exhibited through this story. Thank you for sharing this gem.

If you'd have left out the "realistic" parts and posted it in the poetry section I would have been really impressed.

As a (simple) story, it's unusual but not very interesting. Who are these people? Why is she so spiritual, is she new age or something?
