I tried that very same tactic just a short while ago and raised my concerns that readers should comment on stories for their merit of content, not whether they think it's a waste of their time. If they read a certain genre of story, they should be prepared to read about personal interactions on many different levels. I was told to delete them and get on with it. The consensus then was let the losers write their trash comments and we're to take it up the ass and do nothing. Glad to see someone else feels like I did and still do. By the way, I loved the story.
