When you resorted to outright sex instead of humiliation and punishment this immediately became my least favorite chapter so far. You have a great talent for coming up with ideas for exquisitely embarrassing your protagonist - something that is hard to find these days. Resorting to such wanton plain old sex is so common it is not worthy of you as there are thousands and thousands of sex stories here. Embarrassment is hard to find, I would encourage you to stick with what you do best and forget the gutter sex in your stories.
