That was stellar. Seriously, I was pulled right into those eyes. Creepy as fuck. Loved it!

An original take, well-written & well-conceived. I would be interested in seeing more of this alt. universe, w/ these vampires & the governments fighting them.

An interesting idea with great potential. I found it too dialogue heavy, and I wasn't convinced by the premise or the journalist charachter (why she's put in there, what the authorities were doing etc.)

I would be disappointed if she killed him, you know.

I don't care for vampires. I think they've been done to death. If there had been even a hint that this story involved a vampire anywhere in the title or description, I don't think I would've read it. But it didn't so I gave it a shot. And ... you got me. The premise and the enticing way she wore him down was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed this.
