Isn't that the caricature of the female opposite of Roger Rabbit in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" I think her name was "Jessica Rabbit"?

The Batman animated series version of Poison Ivy was I believe influenced by Jessica Rabbit in terms of character design.
