Like that you share how you see this character; after all we’ve experienced Abby. Curious: how much does configuration figure in how you play her in your pieces or vice versa — how she plays determines her appearance. Maybe moot point. Yet, how one sees say Abby in your art surely impacts images/ when she is part of the story.

I like the first version. She looks much healthier and radiant. Something you might try is a bald version.
