this poem flows nicely, and I like the first person portrayal of the rain

It was playful and I liked the idea of the battle and the dialog between the wind and the rain. As far as the music composition image, I might have added more instruments.

It just carries the reader along in the most delightful way. You really should submit this for publication in a children's poetry anthology. Fix the typo (its, not it's) in the title and it's near perfect! Recommended in today's new poems reviews.
