excuse me,
it’s just that...

I love you
with every shard
of my heart

we match
we are expats
of the same tattered cloth

it’s just that...

I know you
in the streets and alleys
of my mind

chasing dreams
walking narrow paths
eyes on the moon

it’s just that...

I feel you
in the private breaths
of my passion

inhaling, spurring
thrills underneath
the stoic surface

it’s just that...

I want you
with every turn
of my day

your every shard
your streets and alleys
your private breaths

excuse me,
it’s just that...

I love you
with every word
and every line

excuse me
but I don’t believe
we’ve met

Beautiful, Zan. Wonderfully written!

We stumble and fall on our ways

heads up in the far skies

seeking inspiration

but now and then

love is

like a stone

underneath your shoe

or the soon-to-be-no-stranger

waiting right around the next corner

Thanks for sharing, Zan, a great one
