Lonely, I’m good at pretending I’m not
Adept at lying to myself
Imagination is all I’ve got
I’ll keep at it until I’ve forgot

standing next to you, I’m lonely
Mechanical when we fuck
It’s lonely all the time for me
So long, all I feel is empty

I scream, the silence is killing me
You don’t fucking listen
Can anyone hear me speak
The white noise is deafening

No one knows who I really am
Not really, they see what they want
On a loop, repeat again
I just grit my teeth, fake grin

Encased in a glass box
Can’t catch my breath
Drowning in the sounds in my head
Please stop, don’t stop
Someone pay attention
I don’t want be alone in the end
