Can't wait for Spring

Yes, I can see that I am not the only one glad that Winter is soon over.

Sorry

Sorry, but I guess I'm the only one who finds this a little, well, corny....

No

not corny, trite. And it's triteness is ruined by

"germinating beauty"

...seems that he doesn't like too many poems so don't take his comments to heart! (~_~)

Oh, what a beautiful morning!

By some of the comments, most of the readers were in a bad mood or woke up on the wrong side of the bed or have not had any in a while.

I'm in a great mood, it is bright and sunny here, and I got laid last night.

I only wished the poem was longer. Good job.

It sounded pretty...

and created pretty images but the choice of the word "barren" in my mind was wrong. "Barren" is totally unproductive land (rocky, stony ground etc.) not to be confused with a field that has laid fallow i.e. crops not planted that year. Also its the seeds that germinate not the beauty although the later results are beautiful. The rest I really liked.

This joy of Spring, it's out there, somewhere, I hope. The day before Easter and it's snowing today. We'll have more snow on the ground than on Christmas.
