I love smartly written poetry. This piece will be mentioned in the new poems review thread. Thanks for sharing. :)

Truely excellent! Each line is clear and good by itself, but the whole blends them together to make a great. Thanks.

Elegant little poem.

Concrete and visual. Well done.

smart and concise. the final line left me wanting something else. not necessarily in length, just maybe different wording. but each individual line carried weight behind it and none of your words felt gratuitous. your poem is well plotted, with purpose. thanks for the read.

heroic ordinariness

Succint and tight

Well done, you!

Reach for the light. It is still a big world.

Yer mind, Blue, is illuminated. I lost myself in those lines a reflective while. From dirt grows the sweetest rose. I love you(I think someone slipped me an e)MANCELT.

For me, when a poem really works, I have nothing to say...

Holy cow.

How did I miss this? Love spit out for a hitchhike. I don't so much like the uneasy transition between lines 3 and 4 but I see why you did that. Reading more of your work now.
