From a smile to a tear in a few moments.

Even from the point of view of someone who's just told about, it's sad to read the dancing shoes have been exchanged with boxing gloves.

Thanks for another emotionally moving poem

Exceptional imagery on this one. I hate saying "I loved it" for such a painful piece. But I did love it.

Very poignant

You know from the first question and section that this story wasn't leading to happily ever after, and it does such a good job and capturing the confusion and rumination one goes through trying to figure out how you get from love and forever to not talking and not sure who you are anymore.

Stepping through those happy memories to get to the final part of a relationship dissolving, the reader is left to wonder what happened to get from one to the other, and it feels as if the narrator doesn't quite know yet, either. I think that makes it very relatable.
