Its 7 days since you went away,
I wish I knew why you couldn't stay.
168 hours have slipped past,
Each one more painful than the last.
10,080 minutes the hand of my clock says,
Unstoppable motion of the lost days.
604,800 seconds have ticked right by,
And I don't know if I should laugh or cry.

I guess some will think me mad,
Why your going left me so sad.
I just fall too fast too deep
For those whose secrets I keep.
So I guess I'll just sit here and count
The seconds pass by and mount,
Until our blades touch once more...
