I’ve replied to the negative commentators who’ve provided addresses but can do nothing for the anonymous keyboard warriors who seem unable to understand how stories can build up slowly. Onward and upward though, there’s 23 chapters to this story and around 80,000 words. In the words of John Lydgate -
