If you hadn't added that epilog I was going to scream!! Plus I hope Virginia and Judy can see Becky and Cindy sometime on the pier.

Another winner I think, Candy, with so much to enjoy in it.There were two parts to the story I particularly liked. The first, the pure unspoken eroticism between the two when they first met, their obvious longing for each other. The other was the love and emotion portrayed in your 'epilogue'. I also liked the historical references (which leant verisimilitude to the different time periods) and Cindy's dear old dad's obsession with British politics. A nice touch, too, was with Becky's parents being turned away from homophobia by their church rather than the more common reverse. There's a lot in this story to give your readers pleasure. Highly enjoyable.

I just love when you take us on trips to “Virginiaverse.” You once again wove a wonder tale by blending in the past and present; bringing the characters even more to life. The way you tied all your characters together at a point in their lives was done in a very nicely. I enjoyed this trip very much and you can rest assured that you have maintained the same high level quality you set with your previous stories. Definitely no disappointment from me. Only thing I have to pick on is the beer selection—Coors....really! LOL

The various life connections revealed in a "Chance Encounter" were just delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the story, especially learning how Cindy / Becky initially met and then chose a life of love together.

I once read a question on some online author's group: "Do your characters ever use the bathroom?" I pondered that one for while and I think most of my characters must be floating by now. Yours, however, embrace it. Good for them! Thank you for a nicely paced, feel good story, punctuated with a little bit of peeing now and then. Five stars all the way!
