What I love about this story is the platonic-ish neighbor relationship. it sets a limit on how sexual they can be with each other, which makes the tension and attraction between the two of them more complicated and interesting. That and the woman is the one who is most turned on by the man in chastity, and the man has let his overwhelming desire pull him along into this situation.

Premise with possibilities.

But only has potential. Unexciting. Unerotic.
