Nooooo..please don't write a sequel. Leave it to our imaginings. So often I get asked to write a follow-up to something I wrote as a short story. I want you to do what I do please and leave your readers imagining their own endings...For me, I see her staying with them, maybe getting a threesome going, the sister suddenly getting pregnant too (so often that happens when the heat is taken off), both fucking while pregnant which can be amazing, etc etc.....Bottom line?
