The reason this storyline doesn’t often work in real life is down to trust. Your characters trust each other completely, so this frees them up to take sexual enjoyment with others, enhancing their own relationship. Pity humans are not basically trustworthy, as I would love to live in a society where they were and this could happen. Enjoyable and erotic - I’ll keep hoping for trust! Thanks.
