Another excellent Mo and Cas story. Your work is very underrated, I love the depiction of the sheer inconvenience that comes with hyperlactation.

I'm hoping Cas accepts the offer but finds her condition incurable. Her body is simply rewired from head to toe to make milk like her life depends on it. Even better would be if attempts at treatment only worsen her condition. There's a lot of amazing potential with your story and I'm glad you deal with macromastia and hyperlactation with such a realistic approach.
