Very well written and paced narrative. I prefer love stories (that have some sex included) and this is one of the better ones on this site. I liked the (brief) exploration of gay/queer rage at homophobia (homophobic men in particular). The last minute appearance of the Boston mentee a bit rushed but all in all excellent and happy ending

I rarely post but had to on this story. It’s so beautifully done. The characters are so well drawn and there’s incredible growth/development. Sex was important but secondary to what these two had going on. And it felt like holding a lit firecracker. Loved it.

Now you’ve made me want to take my own Baby to Starved Rock and then get cupcakes!
