First-timer or not, and fiction or not, ignoring a safeword is a no-no, no matter how inconsiderate she is being. That's why you should agree a two-tier safeword system, one for back off / slow down (eg "Mercy!") and one for "STOP!".

If you were being monitored for safety purposes then in the real world you should have been dragged out of there and banned from returning.
