2. In Romance stories, character chemistry is highly important. They need distinctive peronsalities.

3. Edit, edit, edit.

Positives:

You didn't waste my time by making it even longer.

What did their partners do to deserve getting so completely betrayed by these two

selfish people? They laughed as they cheated on two people who trusted them? It all seemed very sordid.

Perhaps I am alone in this, but I cringe when someone refers to a woman's clitoris/pussy/etc...as a 'kitty', or a 'honey pot', or even a 'secret garden'.

This kind of language isn't sexy. It's juvenile and kills the mood for me.

I'm afraid the whole episode seemed a bit contemptible but perhaps I misunderstood it. Was the 'very happy ending' the fact that they (apparently) got caught in the last line? It was the only happy part for me-no reason was provided for sympathizing with the cheaters or hoping they would get away with it.

Not Romance.
