Poor Bill. He seems to have been kept in the dark by his mate, Jake, as Gus and Jake had obviously planned this liaison beforehand.

Brings together a lot of my favorite things: being naked outdoors, sex outside, regular guys just hanging out and helping each other scratch those itches.
