Bravo! The emotions had my heart pounding, my tears dripping, and my mouth smiling. This story took me down slightly forgotten memories and reminders of my youthful past. This was an amazing story. Five stars really isn’t giving this the credit it deserves. Yet it is the best I can offer. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm not normally interested in GG stories, simply because most them are just based on what the readers want to read. This story was refreshingingly different, it captured emotions, love and described all of it so deeply.

A beautiful, emotionally rich story around real, believable characters. As a near hopeless romantic loved the outcome, but what made this piece so captivating was getting to that outcome — the journey.

I hate meddling parents who think they know better -- but thankfully love finds a way. This is such a wonderful, emotional story.

It was a very good story. Thank you CG. I am a little confused about the title. Who or what is Kat? I mean Megan is her lover, Jess her daughter but there is no mention of Kat except in the title. Maybe it's an Aussie/NZ term?

You always write such amazing stories and your characters always come to life and I see and hear the people you create. I just have to say (and this is not a criticism because you are too much better than me for me to be able to criticize) but your title threw me off. I was waiting for Kat to be some other person in all this. Unless there is more to come about Alex and Megan? Again, you brought the characters to life, the story was great and I love happy endings. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you again for sharing your talent.

This response is more from Deb than me. That's not saying I didn't love this story, too, because I did. Full of emotion, tenderness, and undying love. Some might call it unconventional, but true love knows no gender. This definitely defines 'follow your heart' 5 huge stars.

Maybe Alex fell in love with the “Kat” lol or Megan was original kat. Either way loved it

Kat? still awaiting the arrival of a new love in Alex's life. But do not break break Megan's heart in the process!

Now the Dyke stuff ain't my thing but this was very nicely written given the constraints that authors are suffering lately

Your story draws the reader in & makes us fall in love with the characters! From start to finish I was rooting for our girls, talk about coming full circle! Alex & Megan (& of course little Jess) were clearly meant to be. I know a couple of comments have mentioned the 'Kat' thing. That threw me as well, but I'm assuming you were maybe going to call Megan by a different name at one point.

Regardless, the story was brilliant. I honestly didn't want it to end!
