I would like this story better if you spent more time explaining how it is that she goes from extreme pain of an anal rape, and water is not a lubricant BTW, to have an orgasm? The story lacks credible transition for it to be "felt" as erotic.
Perhaps if you had sex you might have a better idea of how to write about it.
