The best way to grab her, would be a tragic accident. A truck T- bones her car and it is a blaze, the car goes over the edge to a ravine and burns. Or the car hydro planes and into a lake, all scenarios do require a body with her DNA and dental.

The best in my opinion would be where the body burns, less chance of discovery that the body is fake. Easier for them to make her disappear and no one is looking for her, or wondering who took her, it could even make the Om not connect the dots.

Accidents happen and and not everything can have a drans connection, in my humble opinion it's better to fake her death than just outright grabbing her..

Great writing, but why is abject stupidity always a central plot device. Rhys not expecting a public attack by the Om is the case in point. That's all they've done, and unless you never seen a Hollywood movie, exiting a car, whether on the street or a garage is a major point of vulnerability. Not anticipating this makes Rhys a complete moron and it makes it hard to care about him.
